Hello,
I currently ship internal systems for a cooperative — registration, feedback, and productivity tools people actually use at work.

Let me introduce myself
Background · skills · education
I work as an IT Specialist at Ligas Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad, where I build and maintain the systems the cooperative actually runs on — assembly registration, member feedback, and a staff productivity tracker.
Those tools have to work the first time for people who are not developers. I care about that last mile: forms that submit cleanly, admin screens that do not need a walkthrough, and code another person can pick up later.

What I've built
Internal tools I designed and shipped for day-to-day cooperative work

Events
Annual assembly sign-up was a bottleneck for organizers. I built a PHP system so members can register and confirm attendance without a shared spreadsheet.
Performance
Leads needed a clearer view of daily output. I built a tracker that logs LKBP staff work so bottlenecks show up before they pile up.
Career
What I'm working on
Ligas Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad
I lead development and maintenance of the cooperative's internal systems, ship tools that replace paper and spreadsheet workflows, and work with non-technical staff so the software stays usable after launch.
